The PPA Compliance team is commencing a new initiative of regular program communications to all users registered for the relevant program.

The first Compliance Bulletin relates to the MedsCheck and Diabetes MedsCheck Program.

The Compliance Bulletin is also accessible via the Compliance section of the PPA website.

This is the first in a series of ongoing general compliance communications highlighting common areas of non-compliance to support you to meet your obligations effectively. We encourage you to carefully review the contents of the Compliance Bulletin and share with any team members who may undertake MedsCheck and Diabetes MedsCheck services.

Recommended actions:

To support with compliance education and awareness, the PPA encourages you to complete the following 3 actions:

  1. Review the PPA Compliance Bulletin for the MedsCheck and Diabetes MedsCheck Program available in the Compliance section of the PPA website
  2. Read the MedsCheck and Diabetes MedsCheck Program Rules, the PSA Guidelines, and PPA General Terms and Conditions carefully and review with your team (if applicable)
  3. Report any observed instances of potential non-compliance using the PPA Compliance Tip-Offs webform.
