We’re aware that a number of users experienced difficulty using the Portal and submitting claims on
28 February 2019. This was the result of a higher number of users than expected attempting to submit claims on the claiming deadline. Our team is now working to increase the capacity of the Portal to improve its performance and deliver a smoother claiming experience on the next claiming deadline (31 March 2019).
If you experienced issues on 28 February 2019 and were unable to submit one or more claims, please contact our Support Centre at email@example.com, or on 1800 951 285 between 9am and 8pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. Our Support Centre staff can confirm you were logged in on this date and provide advice to assist you to finalise any claims you were unable to submit.
