The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing has advised that ACOP participants must use the provided Weekly Timesheet and Activities Summary Template. The Measure Rules have been updated to reflect this change.

In light of recent compliance activities, as well as feedback the PPA has received from Measure participants, the department has advised that starting today, 1 September 2025, ACOP participants must use the department and PPA approved Weekly Timesheet and Activities Summary Template located on the PPA website.

This template is essential for ensuring compliance with the ACOP Measure Rules and will help demonstrate that pharmacists have completed the necessary minimum half-day work blocks and engaged in activities within the scope of the ACOP role.

While this document does not currently need to be uploaded into the Portal, completed Weekly Timesheet and Activities Summaries must be retained in the event the Service Provider (S90 Pharmacy or RACH) or the ACOP is audited.

The ACOP Measure Rules have been updated to reflect this change. To view those changes, please click on the relevant link below:

Tier 2 Rules for Residential Aged Care Homes

In addition to these changes, there have been some updates made to the Tier 1 Service Authorisation template and Tier 2 Application form, which both now include a section for the intended credentialed pharmacist’s details to be provided. Please note that if you already have an approved Application or Service Authorisation in the PPA Portal, you are not required to resubmit with these updated versions.
