The PPA and the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing wishes to advise you that the temporary transition arrangements allowing pharmacists who hold a valid Medication Management Review (MMR) Credential Number to participate in the ACOP Measure has ended.

From 1 July 2026, all pharmacists participating in the Measure must be ACOP credentialed, having completed an Australian Pharmacy Council accredited ACOP training program, in order to continue their participation in the Measure.

The Measure Rules, website content and FAQs have been updated to reflect this change.
