The PPA General Terms and Conditions (General Terms) have been updated on 6 June 2025.

The PPA General Terms have been updated with the following changes:

• Updates throughout to reflect the department’s name change to the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing
• Update to the definition of Credentialed Pharmacist to reflect the latest extension of grandfathered Medication Management Review (MMR) numbers until 31 December 2025
• The addition of Section 5.9 to better reflect existing processes for recovering Service Provider debt.

From 7 June 2025, by continuing to participate in any programs administered by the PPA you agree to be bound by the updated General Terms, so please ensure you have read this updated document.
