We’ve been making some improvements based on feedback users have provided to us via our Support Centre and the Annual Satisfaction Survey.

In addition to the already available remittance reconciliation report, we’ve now released some new reporting functionality aimed to assist users with tax reporting.

The new reporting functionality consists of the following three summary reports:

  • Claims Value Report – provides a summary of claims approved, cancelled or adjusted for a Service Provider during a selected time period
  • ACF Claims Value Report – provides a summary of QUM/RMMR claims approved, cancelled or adjusted for a Service Provider during a selected time period broken down by Aged Care Facility (ACF)
  • Payments Report – provides an itemised report that displays all remittance advices for a Service Provider during a selected time period.
