Covid-19 EOI Response Form

Community pharmacies with a PPA Portal account should now have received an email, including personalised link/s for the expression of interest (EOI) to provide vaccines as part of the COVID-19 vaccine national rollout strategy.

Take Home Naloxone Pilot – Reminder – Check the expiry date of Naloxone (Nyxoid or Prenoxad)

As recently advised the Take Home Naloxone (THN) Pilot, will run to 30 June 2021. 

When medicines are manufactured, by law they have to be given an expiry date.
In line with the relevant best practice guidelines and professional standards patients should be encouraged to check their medicines regularly and dispose of any that are out of date or no longer needed.

RPMA – Clarification on Exceptional Circumstances Requests

Please note exceptional circumstances requests asking to have your Modified Monash Model category rating changed or annual funding allocation reviewed will not be accepted. Exceptional circumstances requests will only be considered when they relate to the other eligibility requirements of the Program (i.e. reduced opening hours).

RPMA Renewal Applications can now be submitted for the 2021/22 financial year

The submission window for RPMA renewal applications is now open and will close on 14 June 2021. In accordance with the RPMA Program Rules, applications received outside this window will not be accepted.
